All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Returns and RefundsIf, and only if, the order package is visibly damaged when UPS delivers it then you should refuse delivery, contact us and we will fulfill your order subject to stock availability. In case we are unable to fulfill your order, your money will be completely refunded.
If you refuse UPS delivery for any other reason you will automatically be charged a 15% restocking fee.

All products must be returned in new condition within 14 days of purchase. Footwear items must be returned in their original box and all tags must be attached for both footwear and apparel items.
